I’ve had nothing but issues with my brand-new Audi, and you’d think the service department would be helpful, but they couldn’t care less. All they care about is making a sale. If you come here, don’t expect much from the car or the staff. I regret buying from them—save yourself the trouble and listen to the bad reviews. More

I was looking for a car for my daughter, who is a senior in high school and was getting her very first car. After browsing google Audi Tampa's website came up, we saw they had a reasonably priced car that seemed perfect for her. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Abdiel, and from that moment on, he was nothing short of amazing. Normally, I dread going to dealerships due to previous negative experiences, but Abdiel completely changed my perspective. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He gave us the freedom to test drive the car with no pressure, allowing us to really feel comfortable with the decision. There was a minor issue with the car that needed fixing, and Abdiel immediately took care of it, making all the necessary arrangements to ensure it was addressed. If you’re in the area and looking for a car, Abdiel is absolutely the person you want to see. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience possible. Highly recommend! More

Update from previous review. After hearing a drying grinding noise, I took my car to both Toyota Dealerships and they both indicated I needed brakes. While replacing the brakes, the service tech said I needed a water pump as my water pump was slowly leaking and the reservoir was empty. The Dealership warranty wouldn't pay for it as I was 1 day short of the validation clause, So much for car warrantees. This is my second negative experience with car warranty companies as there are so many denial clause and unacceptable delays. I STRONLY suggest NOT buying a "service warranty". These are things that should have been discovered by Audi Tampa. Selling a car with these issues is totally unacceptable. I no longer can support Audi Tampa and suggest another option. My car sales representative tried to help but was not successful in getting a positive result. I still highly recommend Naomi. More
Going to a car dealer is worse than going to the dentist but not Audi Tampa. It was one of the most positive experiences I have ever encountered. There was a price issue that happened but Allen the General Sales Manager honored what I said. Naomi, our sales person, was so nice and secured our offer for us like we were her parents. Ryan, the Sales Manager, was very reassuring and promised we would not leave the dealership without the car we wanted. He was right. We were very pleased. We found the battery was bad the next morning and they sent me to a dealership and paid $456, for a new battery without a question. All I can say is the Audi Tampa dealership was amazing!!! More
This dealer took a deposit and had me place insurance on a Mercedes S550, 2020. Both done since it was Friday evening and I was to wire transfer funds Monday morning. On Monday morning the saleman told me they sold the car to another customer. Undoubtedly they received a better deal. What good was the deposit? Why have me add insurnace? I even took the car for an hour to my house. Where is the ethics? This is fraud: "wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain" More

I scheduled a service appointment online, and received my email confirmation. The day of the appointment (11/14/23 @ 10am) I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed the advisor my confirmation e email confirmation. The day of the appointment (11/14/23 @ 10am) I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I showed the advisor my confirmation email on my phone and he says, "well I'm afraid you may have made the appointment on one of our websites which we done use anymore" even though the confirmation email clearly said 'Audi Tampa'. Who is in charge of the IT department and why does Audi have bogus websites out there. Lost a whole day of work, for nothing! Wesley Chapel Audi is farther for me to travel to, but the extra miles are worth it for a better service and customer experience. This is only my second time at Audi Tampa and both time it's been a horrific experience. More
