Andy is my service representative. He is a true ascet for Audi Stuart . Whenever I need him he immediately gets back to me . He explains everything clearly and one never gets the impression of being ripped off. I believe he has been there longer than anyone else . I am a physician and pride myself on acting on time and trying to help my patients as much as possible. I have an office manager with me for 20 years . Your company is so lucky to have Andy on board. Younger people change jobs sometimes for a dollar more per hour. I’m old school , maybe a fossil, but Andy is a a jewel . I would give him a bonus and a raise ( I’ve treated my office manager really well and rewards her often ). You’re lucky . He will keep us at Audi Stuart . I will be looking to get my next car soon. I think it will be our 8th or 9th Audi . If he is no longer there, we may have to consider elsewhere. More
