I believe that when an appointment is made for an oil change at 1:00 pm, they should not need the vehicle for another day to complete it along with a tire rotation. Paying nearly $500 for these services to go along with it is excessive. We live 45 minutes away from the dealer which accounted for 3 hours of drive time for these minor maintenance items. When we asked for a pick up, we were denied due to the lack of staff. With that said, your service advisor gave us the pricing up front. Wasn't happy but I agreed. We have owned many higher end brands over the years and not paid or been treated like this. There you have it. More
