Brought Audi A5 in for 20k Service. Had to bring back because Audi MMI showed oil was not topped off. Brought back next day and they needed to add few ounces of oil. Also forgot to fix windshield spray n because Audi MMI showed oil was not topped off. Brought back next day and they needed to add few ounces of oil. Also forgot to fix windshield spray not spraying. On passenger side. Was either clogged or sprayer was defective. somewhat disappointed to them not paying attention to detail. More

So I made a reservation several days out. At least 4. I mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of ge mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of getting rid of the Q7 and would like to try a Q8. He said that he couldn’t offer that and that I could bring the car in in like 3 days. I brought the car in and got a smelly rental Car. I then called to find out when the car would be ready and after asking several questions Mike tells me the car hasn’t gone in yet. They had the car for 1 day at this point. I ask why do you make appointments then ? He says well some people are in greater need to get a quick turnaround, like waiters . Ok. Good. I have purchased 3 cars. The last one the A 7 I paid cash for and I’m still getting letters from Audi wanting aa turn in fee of like $390 and and excessive wear fee of $100. That’s a joke because the car I turned in off a 3 year lease had 20,000 miles and wheel protection. Debra in sales has told us 3 times she would take care of this and we keep getting letters. So suffice it to say I think your whole operation is weak. More
