Had a service appointment and arrived on time and after waiting for three and a half hours the service was not performed due to and equipment breakdown which they knew about before I arrived. Warrantee repair was completed promptly. Communication by Wyatt was excellent. Loaner car at no charge. Vehicle now performs great. Mid afternoon I received a call that the service was complete, arrived at Audi Stuart, the car was clean and ready and the reason for the recall explained to me. The staff was very efficient.
