Great service replacing water pump and battery Technician found leaking coolant at water pump. Staff quickly order part from distribution center and provided a great Q5 loaner for me to use. Batte Technician found leaking coolant at water pump. Staff quickly order part from distribution center and provided a great Q5 loaner for me to use. Battery was replaced as well. Tony Espinoza always kept me informed about the status of the repair. He got tech Ryan to explain about the relationship of thermostat and water pump.
