Pay a lot for your Audi and expect the service of a luxury brand? Not here. $65k car with 7500 miles on it. Rear parcel shelf B&O sub buzzing like a beehive. Drop it off to have that fixed and after 3.5 hours of felt tape repair it's still there. I call to get that fixed again along with a leaking water pump that is a known problem with these cars. I'm told they only give loaners if you bought from them. So I'm off to another dealer. This is the first I've heard where a brand new car from a luxury German brand will not give you a loaner if they need your car for a few days as "it's company policy at Ciocca to only give loaners for cars bought here." My Ford truck I bought in California and have never been denied a loaner. I bought my Honda in Johnstown and was given a loaner. My VW I bought in Tennessee and was given a loaner (at another dealership). More
