One issue: When I test drove the vehicle the floor mats were in the cargo area and when I picked it up they were recently shampooed again in the cargo area to dry. I allowed them to dry over night. The driver side floor mat is almost worn thru and totally unacceptable for a CPO. I would like it replaced. More

Customer Service is their expertise! I have dealt with Audi St. Paul for 15 years. The have the best service advisers I have ever worked with at dealerships. Their General Manager, I have dealt with Audi St. Paul for 15 years. The have the best service advisers I have ever worked with at dealerships. Their General Manager, Joe Stifter, greets me every time I am at the dealership. He makes me feel valued and appreciated. If I ever need anything he makes sure it is taken care of by his staff, although I have never needed him to intercede on my behalf. All of the service advisers are great. I deal primarily with Ryan Thompson. He is the great. I continue to come back to Audi St. Paul because of my friendships with all of the staff at this dealership. More
