Audi A7 purchase I am not a big fan of online purchasing and a supporter of local shopping however this was an exception. I am from Little Rock and I was let down on a I am not a big fan of online purchasing and a supporter of local shopping however this was an exception. I am from Little Rock and I was let down on a purchase of a car that was sold despite my offer on it being accepted the night before which is not the major issue, The issue that I was not happy with that I wasn't told till I arrived after I cancelled my work that day and it felt like they were doing me a favor buying the 80+ thousands dollar car. I then looked online and came across this dealership by chance. I did not take them seriously initially because they made it look too simple although I was getting out of a lease early and I was swapping my E300 Mercedes for the 2019 A7 I dreamed of having for few months. I was surprised that within few days, They literally took care of everything and one of them ( Spiro ) Delivered the car to my place of work although they did not have it initially. I found out they took over it while it was on its way from Germany ) and the process went so smooth. Josh Ford and Carey did all the work in the background and he was available at odd hours and went above and beyond. I think Audi USA should take a note of how 2 dealers can perform with such contrast. I don't write reviews often but this one is worth it. Good, Better, BEST! We're on our 7th AUDI and we have always had good experiences with all the dealerships we have dealt with. My opinion is that not only are AUDI's a top of the line vehicle, but the dealerships in general meet that same standard. Having said that, AUDI SPRINGFIELD not only met that expectation, but exceeded it. Before we even walked through the door we were greeted by a very courteous individual who made sure we were connected with the salesman we had our appointment with. From the time we entered the door until we drove away in our new Q7, we felt we were the most important people there. The person who made that all happen was Sam McCahon. Sam, in my opinion,has been by far the the most caring, sincere and honest individual we have ever dealt with in all our car transactions. Besides all these honorable traits, his knowledge level of the product is exemplary. If you want to be treated fairly whether you're buying or leasing a vehicle, I would definitely recommend, no insist, that you contact Sam McCahon to be your representative in this process. I feel qualified in that statement as I myself have been dealing with the public in the capacity of a financial adviser for over 30 years. When it's all said and done, Sam is not only the most professional individual I've dealt with, but he is the kind of guy you would like to have as a friend. More

Absolutely no pushyness or trying to get me to buy something I didn’t want. The first day we went in not buying anything. He respectfully followed up with me and got the car to a price I asked. When it came to closing there was no pushing me to buy things I didn’t want. Usually I leave there exhausted. This time I left excited and ready to work with him again in a couple of years.
