He was extremely patient and attentive on a busy Saturday when he had two or three sales going through at the same time. He was very knowledgeable about the Q8 and able to give all of the features without trying to "oversell" the car. The entire process was seamless, we got a fair trade-in on my previous vehicle, and drove away in a few hours. Joshua was so pleasant and professional to work with! We set up a follow up meeting and he spent almost two hours with me as I wasn't very experienced with this level of automation and technology. He was patient and easy-going and didn't talk down to me as an "older" customer. I absolutely LOVE my new Q8 and you couldn't have a better buying experience than with Joshua. Highly recommend him!
