The two diffrent saleman i comunicated with were amazing i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After they talked me into a beautiful car it went down hill from there....The finance department in the BMW building was unhelpful and see to take pleasure in wasting my time. After i told them i had financing secure they insisted on trying to beat the 5% i was at. After an hour they come back and said they were close at 6.5%...seriously. After i left with the car i drove in there with on 6/10/25 i fully expected to get the proper paperwork to title the car in a few weeks....After many MANY phone calls it showed up on 7/25/25 (fri) It was so late they had to include a $256 dollar check for the late fee at the DMV.I rushed up there monday morning ready to get this all behind me and the DMV said they forgot to include the lein release.....She went out of her way to call Audi and see if they could email it to her to conclude my business..They told her the would email it to her "IF" they could find it.....After 15 minutes i headed up to the dealership myself and ask to speak to a manager. @clayton shipley came out and told me i didnt need a lein release and somehow the State of Missouri didnt know what they were talking about. 10 minutes later he reappeard and said they were on hld trying to get me the release...Shocker,the DMV knows what they need. He was the most unhelpful and unknowledgable "sales manager" ive ever delt with. My amazing wife finally took care of the issue in less than an hour by going around all local contacts. Its sad to finally get the car of your dreams and then have to deal with what i can only conclude is a very unserious managment team @audi.....Ive had insurance on it from day one and have already made the first payment and almost made it to my first oil change and still its not titled in my name. Everyone in the power structure needs retrained except the salesmen on the floor.I wouldnt sign any paperwork with them until they prove they have all the doucuments required to be selling cars. More
