He wants you to find the car and get a deal that suits your needs and satisfies your pocketbook. His knowledge of each model and their the option pkgs is spot on. There can be a bit of a learning curve w all the functions these cars are capable of, they are truly amazing. Joshua will take as much time as you need to go through them w you and is happy to help if you drive back to the dealership (even months later!) and say, okay what about this or will respond quickly to a text. When I took delivery of my new A6, it was spotless (and it had rained) it was warm and comfortable to go over the functions and he had Audi connect programmed. Josh nailed it again! More
