Kyle is excellent. You need to continue to develop and retain him. Between my two visits, I spent 4 hours waiting in your showroom that I wasn’t planning on due to the completion time being far later than the expectation set by the customer service folks. Kyle did do a good job managing those hiccups with me on my first visit. Could improve on the 2nd visit. More
