Good service in general on my 2015 Audi Q5. I especially like dealing with 2 service advisors, Jacob and Sebastian—good customer service attitude and are always willing to get me the service I I especially like dealing with 2 service advisors, Jacob and Sebastian—good customer service attitude and are always willing to get me the service I need. For instance, one complaint I’ve had with this dealer is the DEF refill: the diesel conversion warranty states that Audi dealers are supposed to refill at service, up to 120,000 mi. Often they have added 1unit which is 1 gal I think, out of about a 6 gal reservoir. These 2 guys have made sure it gets filled when I ask. More

Better than a year or two ago, still pales in comparison to just about any other (non-Autonation) Spokane dealership. The pros, can make an appointment on short notice, the online portal kept giving me to just about any other (non-Autonation) Spokane dealership. The pros, can make an appointment on short notice, the online portal kept giving me an error message but was able to call (big step up from the days of scheduling month(s) in advance). They communicate with you the whole time! (another big step up from the days of not knowing when/if your vehicle was done and no one answering the phone). Those are improvements, but they're also kind of what you'd expect (and get) from ANY other dealership. Cons, they do send you a text message and video of SOME of the service you might request. I asked for my annual service, and then a few other odds and ends to be checked while it's there. They sent me a video about the annual service, didn't mention any of the other things I asked to be checked. Picking it up they confirmed they did some of them, and I guess just didn't have time for some of the other items or forgot I asked for them. This is typical of the dealership, don't think I've ever picked it up without some item being forgotten or missed. Other dealerships I'll get pics/videos of each requested item separately, to the point when I pick up my vehicle I already know all the info, know what I've approved, know the price, even have it paid for before picking it up. The waiting room is four chairs on the sales floor and two stools, also on the sales floor. No snacks, no vending machine, there's a tv though it just plays Audi commercials. This is easily the worst waiting room of any dealership I've been to. Shuttle is a maybe. Sometimes there's one available, sometimes not, I don't know what makes the difference. My latest appointment I was told there would be a shuttle, which I requested when making the appointment and still had to ask two people, twice, about getting one, but after sitting on the waiting room stool for 30 minutes I gave up and just scheduled an Uber. In the past I've gotten a shuttle right away, or been told they don't have a shuttle driver for the day. Luck of the draw I guess (every other dealership has shuttles available in a timely manner, one recently came and picked the car up and dropped it off at my place, and another luxury dealership would have a shuttle waiting just for me when I dropped off the vehicle). Got the text my vehicle was ready to be picked up, came down 30 minutes later, and...my vehicle was not ready, was informed it was in line for the car wash. Another 10-15 minutes on the sales room stool (if I had shown up right when they texted it was ready would I have had to wait 40 minutes?) So, it's not the train wreck it used to be, but compared to luxury or even non-luxury dealerships in Spokane it's still pretty lackluster. But if you're in the VAG family it's what we're stuck with in Spokane (except for you lucky Porsche owners!), at the least you can confidently schedule an appointment for basic service again here, so that's a nice change of pace.
