the worst dealership in Spokane. They neglected to to tell us that their only Volkswagen tech had quit and gave us an estimated month of when the car can actually be worked on. I had the car towed there tell us that their only Volkswagen tech had quit and gave us an estimated month of when the car can actually be worked on. I had the car towed there prior to knowing this. And instead of being honest with us up front they lollygagged around keeping our car on their lot up until after a month had passed then told us they didn't have a tech to work on the car. It was a simple drop the tank and empty the fuel job. Also told us that they wanted to replace the fuel pump and the lines even though the vehicle was never turned on, even the key being turned. To tow it I released they manual switch on the transmission to be able to put it into neutral and park. Told them that, and they still wanted to charge me for the replacement of the fuel pump and lines. We said screw you guys and took it to Volkswagen in post falls where we have never had any issues and excellent quality service. Unlike this dealership, which will beat around the bush and then charge you more for work that isn't needed unless if they screwed up by turning on the ignition to check the mileage. More
It took 2 months to get an appointment for a broken trunk latch. Then it took 6 days to fix it. Once it was fixed they were unable to look at the other things I asked them to look at it. No complimentary car wash like all previous service visits. Warning lights not reset on dashboard. Computer screen was left on some service type access mode. After driving home it took about 2 hours to visits. Warning lights not reset on dashboard. Computer screen was left on some service type access mode. After driving home it took about 2 hours to get it back to regular mode. Waiting area at dealership very bare bones and a restroom so dirty it could have been at a highway rest stop on the interstate. Chaotic and slow service check in process. Overall, not the best experience. More
I have been buying Audis from this dealership for 30 years and been through all their changes this COVID “time”has been rough on all of us and Spencer and Jason do a great job helping those of us who ha years and been through all their changes this COVID “time”has been rough on all of us and Spencer and Jason do a great job helping those of us who have new cars on order and are just waiting for them to arrive. I appreciate their help and honesty during the waiting game and trying to get service appointments quickly during the remodel. More
