I’m amazed that this dealership can’t seem to keep and maintain the tools they need to do required repair work. We have been dealing with Spokane Audi for the last four years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should tak years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should take an hour now takes five hours. If I can help it ,I will never purchase an Audi from Spokane Audi again. And we love Audis. More

The service to our car was done as requested. We arrived on time and the car was ready even sooner than estimated. I use to love getting my car serviced here but the service has gone down hill the past few years.(even before COVID) You can never talk to a live person in the service department. An oil change took all day when I was told I would get my car back by noon. Finally around 3:30pm I got frustrated and went there to check on the status because calling is an exercise in frustration. Finally got my car back at 4pm. (9:30am drop off time) I will be looking for someplace else to service my car in the future. Bummed because I have always gone there. To top it off I received an email today that I missed my appointment. This place does not know up from down. More
