Jordan Rusin was the salesman. He was great. Jordan the finance manager also had it together. I don't know if it's due to COVID or you can't get any employees but trying to get He was great. I had tint/clear bra put on..which looked excellent, but they forgot to do a portion. Getting thru to service was a pain to have it re scheduled. Communication between service and sales stinks. More
Service department folks are friendly but overwhelmed. Takes weeks to get a service appointment and you must book online because they won't answer thephone. Service appoints consistently take much long than expected. I've brought my 3 year old Alltrack in 3 times for the same issue (check engine light) and they still haven't figured out what's wrong. Car is under warranty which is why I keep taking it back to the dealership. Very frustrating. More

We have been dealing with Spokane Audi for the last four years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should tak years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should take an hour now takes five hours. If I can help it ,I will never purchase an Audi from Spokane Audi again. And we love Audis. More
The service to our car was done as requested. We arrived on time and the car was ready even sooner than estimated. I trust when those issues are solved, Audi Service Spokane will be back to the superior service we have come to expect. More

I use to love getting my car serviced here but the service has gone down hill the past few years.(even before COVID) You can never talk to a live person in the service department. An oil change took all day when I was told I would get my car back by noon. Finally around 3:30pm I got frustrated and went there to check on the status because calling is an exercise in frustration. Finally got my car back at 4pm. (9:30am drop off time) I will be looking for someplace else to service my car in the future. Bummed because I have always gone there. To top it off I received an email today that I missed my appointment. This place does not know up from down. More
