I had to wait 2 months for a recall appointment. Was told it would take around 5 hours at drop off. I never received a call and had to call back the next day to see if it was ready. Went to pick up my keys that were supposed to be left at the front desk. Then had to wait 10 minutes for someone to find my keys. They need better organization and people that know how to follow through with tasks! More

When we purchased our Audi Q7 the experience was good and we purchased the Audi care package which promised extras for each service visit, such as detailing. When we scheduled our first service visit for an we purchased the Audi care package which promised extras for each service visit, such as detailing. When we scheduled our first service visit for an oil change we requested the Audi care detailing which was promised upon purchase (for extra cost) and also a key fob which we were told was ordered at the time of purchase of the vehicle. The appointment was made a month in advance. When we dropped off the vehicle the service rep told us the vehicle had to be left overnight for detailing, but we were not told about that upon scheduling, also no loner cars available. So we requested a quick cleaning, but service rep ignored us and upon picking up the vehicle the only thing that had been done was an oil change and “multi point inspection.” And no key fob—so we are supposed to take it back — again. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had requested 3 times to have the car cleaned. It seems there is a huge lack of communication at this dealership. Needless to say we are not happy.
