Excellent customer service. Kyle made me an appointment same day to have a new battery placed in my 2016 Q5. Great staff - just too much demand for the service department. Hard to get through on the phone, and typically more than a few weeks out to schedule service. Terrible costumer service. Audi had my car for over a month and called me maybe 4 times. I left numerous voice mails for the service dept. and never received a return call. It took me over (15) phone calls to finally get my recall work scheduled.
