100% the absolute worst service experience I've ever had in my life. AutoNation VW/Audi should be ashamed for the way the service department conducts business. My Audi TT was scheduled for a service regar in my life. AutoNation VW/Audi should be ashamed for the way the service department conducts business. My Audi TT was scheduled for a service regarding front suspension bushings, spark plugs and tire rotation. After waiting a grand total of 4 weeks to even be seen, I dropped my vehicle off and the girl told me it would be a few days and would give a call when it's ready. After 1 week. No returned calls. I called the service department several times, left messages and no calls back. After 1 week, and no calls back, I finally reached someone who said they had ordered the parts but are running late. Unacceptable but i need my car done so i assume they will speed up the processas best they can. I was wrong. After 2 weeks of no return calls, I was able to speak with someone who said the parts had not even been ordered yet , and tires had not been rotated. I was lied to. Furious I went to pick the vehicle up. The service associate had the gall to ask me to "skip" over not write a review stating the manager had been fired and they were very sorry. Still Unacceptable and quite frankly horse xxxxe. If I could I would give 0 stars and urge people to seriously reconsider buying a new or used audi/vw because you will most likely have a similar experience when it comes time to service that vehicle. I will never go back and I will do everything i can to sway people away from purchasing or doing business with clowns like autonation. More
After making an online booking, I drove 120 miles to bring my Audi Q5 2010 , to this dealership for maintenance. I was not impressed! The intake was poor, and I mean poor. No questions about the issues bring my Audi Q5 2010 , to this dealership for maintenance. I was not impressed! The intake was poor, and I mean poor. No questions about the issues with the car. Very poor customer recognition as to why I was bringing my car in. She said they would call me next day. No call! I tried calling the dealership but was sent on a racetrack of call bouncing without ever getting anywhere. Finally had to call new car sales. Of course they answered that line. I’ve been going to this dealership of and on for 10 years and have had very good experiences in the past but this time things have really sunk to the lowest imaginable. I paid $179.00 and basically got nothing fixed. The girl working at the service desk didn’t even discuss the repairs that were done,…because there weren’t any done. I paid and noted that they didn’t even wash the car as they have always done in the past. My wife got into the car then came to the checkout desk where I was chatting with the two people who reportedly were acting on behalf of management trying to explain why things were in such a disarray at the dealership. I was very very disappointed in this dealership. I’ll never be back for anything and I only hope others who read this will feel the same way. More
Shocked at how service can be this poor. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning, several hours later, no phone call, so call the service and leave a message. Now the evening has arrived and i Dropped my vehicle off in the morning, several hours later, no phone call, so call the service and leave a message. Now the evening has arrived and it is approaching closing time and still have not received a call back, so head down to the dealership fully expecting my car to be done. I don't see my car anywhere and when I ask about my car, the representative just casually tells me they're keeping it overnight! How in the world do you not call and tell someone you're going to keep their car?! I ask about a loaner, nope (tip for anyone buying an Audi, if they sell you on the convenience of their service with the promise of loaner cars don't fall for it, they NEVER have loaners), ask about a shuttle, nope, so I advertently stranded myself at the dealership having not even considered they'd be keeping my vehicle overnight. The 2nd day, intent on not making the same mistake, I attempt to call the dealership again to get an update on my vehicle, again leave a message, again no return call. I try calling again several times over the next few hours, and the service department gets to the point where they are literally picking up just to hang up the phone on me. I'm fully aware they have caller ID, and have no illusions that they were doing this to me specifically. My only interactions with them at this point were dropping off my car and attempting to pick it up and it not being there (and believe it or not, I WAS poilite when finding this out and just quietly left the dealership in an uber), and then attempting to call the next day. I at no point was making demands or being rude to them, I've only talked to them twice and at this point with no negative interactions and I'm only calling to get update on my car, I have no idea why they were treating me this way. Finally just settle that I'll have to gamble and visit the dealership without knowing if they're done or not. This time thankfully when I show up my vehicle was there and was done. For the approximately 32 hours they had my car I received ZERO phone calls or texts. After picking up my vehicle, the "service due" indicator was not cleared, so I'm stuck with that annoying message until I visit another dealer. The protective covers they use to keep it from getting the car dirty were all still left in the vehicle and I had to clear them out (I guess its nice that they did use them), an Audi sales rep saw me doing that and saw me walking around looking for a garbage can to toss them in and offered no help, so I just ended up tossing them in my car just eager to have the experience over with. My friend has a Lexus and gets a red carpet treatment everytime he goes into service at their downtown dealership. My previous Ford the department WAS busy, but when they had your car they'd call and text you updates on it, they also had a great waiting room with wifi, outlets, snacks and a convenient shuttle that would drop you off and pick you up. This place has no shuttle, no communication, and a waiting room the size of a closet with a water cooler that has no cups. I don't understand ANY dealership running like this, much less a "luxury" one like Audi. More
To get diagnosis and fix took 3 trips without the fix. Wrong part in the box. Box was correct part was wrong. 2 hours not fixed asked to come back another day. Came back when asked. And the dealer forgot Wrong part in the box. Box was correct part was wrong. 2 hours not fixed asked to come back another day. Came back when asked. And the dealer forgot that a new federal holiday was the day prior to my appointment. No part and another day of missed work. No empathy just another scheduled appointment tment. This dealer doesn't wash car anymore. Caveats are dealer undergoing expansion supply chain issues. It feels as if the audi dealer may not be the place to get serviced anymore. Quality of interaction with staff not as good as it was several years ago. More
When I arrived at the dealership they told me their computers were down and that they were not sure how long the oil change would take. I told them that I would have appreciated a call about this situa computers were down and that they were not sure how long the oil change would take. I told them that I would have appreciated a call about this situation before I arrived. I asked for a ride to take me home rather than waiting and they said they could not drive me to Coeur d alene! So I waited three and a half hours for a OIL CHANGE. I have to miss an hour ode prom due to this delay!!! I was NOT happy. More
I feel they are short staffed and not able to fully provide the wonderful services Audi use to be able to provide. I left the dealership, with only the service appt complete. Simple things for the deal provide the wonderful services Audi use to be able to provide. I left the dealership, with only the service appt complete. Simple things for the dealership, such as the service light still on and washer fluid needed still on, use to be a given they would address. I'm not saying I can't clear these items myself and will. I have bought 3 Audi’s from this dealership. On this service appointment It took me over a week to talk to anyone in service to schedule an appointment. The service/customer service representati On this service appointment It took me over a week to talk to anyone in service to schedule an appointment. The service/customer service representative was really nice and helpful. He was very busy that day. But when I got my car back, the oil light was still on. The worker who drove my car to the dealership didn’t notice that. They just didn’t put enough oil in my car. I brought my car in for an oil change. I’m not pleased with service part but customer service representative was very helpful. More
