I am extremely frustrated with the challenges I have experienced by simply trying to schedule a follow-up appointment for service work and to address a safety recall notice for my Audi. I have left numerous voicemail messages and tried to utilize their text and "online chat" tools. After seven days of voicemails and texts, I have still not heard from anyone! More
I purchased my 2021 id4 at auto nation vw and so far ive had 2 services done at this location. one fir my 10k mile service and now my 20k mile service and both services were the worst I've ever experienced. had 2 services done at this location. one fir my 10k mile service and now my 20k mile service and both services were the worst I've ever experienced. there's 0 communication with their service department. they had my car for 4 days this time and you can't get ahold of them to see why... I live 60 miles away from them so I can't just walk down and ask what the deal is. I'm confused on what they even do for a service on an EV. but I'll definitely be going to a different volkswagen dealership to have them actually finish my 20k mile service. my service engine light is still on after their service. and half the stuff on the service report that they claim they checked I can tell they didn't. I took my car in for computer issues with crank and oil sensors in March 2022. It already had new sensors for both. I was told they were both bad. After several calls about the status of my car, I received it back (with the check engine light still on) The middle of October with new sensors and I was told that the problem was the wiring so sensors were just an added expense. I was still charged 85% of the repair bill after waiting SEVEN MONTHS for the vehicle. More
I brought my car in for a recall. In the weeks leading up to my appointment I tried to call the service desk to talk about additional things I needed done/looked at. No matter time of day or day of week I was never able to get a hold of anyone. Even after leaving messages I did not get a return call. I brought it in for the appointment and was clear about the other things I needed checked (leaking strut and MMI questions). During the work they were doing while they were 1/2 way through they found a part they wanted to replace. They called but did not leave a message so I had no idea. They told me when I called in to ask for status on the car. By that time they had already put it back together and to replace it I would have to pay for the labor to pull the front off again. I was out of town and asked them if they could keep my car. They had my car for 5 extra days. Imagine my surprise when I got to it and they did not even look at the other issues! They asked me to bring it back the next day. Poor communication and poor service all around. More
I showed up expecting to drop my car off after scheduling a month out. When I showed they were busy checking in a gable of customers. He was gracious to allow me to still drop it off as they might be able to find time to identify an issue I had been experiencing with some electronic gremlin causing my cruise control to go out. They had it for most the day and I was getting worried close to closing if it was ready and called to check in. It was difficult to get through to someone as I imagined they were with customers so I kept trying. Luckily I was able to get ahold of someone that confirmed it was ready. They were able to quickly identify the issue and make the correction. They saved me a ton of money. Thank you! More
