I showed up expecting to drop my car off after scheduling a month out. When I showed they were busy checking in a gable of customers. He was gracious to allow me to still drop it off as they might be able to find time to identify an issue I had been experiencing with some electronic gremlin causing my cruise control to go out. They had it for most the day and I was getting worried close to closing if it was ready and called to check in. It was difficult to get through to someone as I imagined they were with customers so I kept trying. Luckily I was able to get ahold of someone that confirmed it was ready. They were able to quickly identify the issue and make the correction. They saved me a ton of money. Thank you! More
We had our car listed on craigslist for sale, dealer texted us a message with an offer. Offer was close to what we wanted but upon inspection the dealer gave us more. Pretty crappy service, ordered a replacement key for my car, they said they ordered one but when I called 12 days later the service guy said , oh I was on vacation , but I will order one now...... then I w car, they said they ordered one but when I called 12 days later the service guy said , oh I was on vacation , but I will order one now...... then I waited another 7 days and called back to check and see the status , and try to make an appoinment to have the key matched to the car, only to be put on hold multiple times and hung up on. several times. these clowns still havent called me and its been over a month since first ordering the key. I wasnt waiting after the first several calls to the circus over in spokane audi, and actually shipped my car to audi boise where I recieved first class service, Thank you sam: you are a rock star! they had a key in days and treated me right. spokane audi sucks just read they reviews More

I brought my 2014 A6 in because the display screen went blank. A Google search indicated a wire providing power to the screen had probably broken. The diagnostics showed that there was no power to the screen and the screen has failed. I fully agree with the diagnosis however it doesn't appear they really checked the wire. Instead, it is a $2,300 charge to fix the problem. Next the multi point inspection recommended replacement of: - serpentine belt - air cleaner element - Fuel filter - Pollen Filter Estimated total charges "declined" charges $662.93. These were never brought to my attention! We've been buying Audis for over 40 years. It seems the service level has become more profit than service oriented. I have no problem paying for good service! More

I was getting alert signals that fluids were low due to them not completing this when I brought it in initially. I dropped my car off at 8:00am, they said it would be approx 1-2 hours. I called from 12-130 as I hadn't heard from anyone, could not get through. I called the parts department at 2:30 and they transferred me. I was on hold for 37 minutes only to find out they hadn't looked at my car yet. Service writer said they would check it and call me back within the hour. At 4:30 I went to the dealership, they still hadn't looked at my car so I asked to just take it and go. I waited 45 minutes for them to retrieve my car then he disappeared again. I took my key off his desk and took my car, no one was around. So I did not have my car looked at and now I am worried what will happen if I ever have an actual issue. This place is an absolute mess; someone desperately needs to figure things out. I wish I hadn't bought my car from them, now I am stuck there. More
Adam, in their service department, does an outstanding job of interacting with customers. He recently went above and beyond to honor a commitment for a service loaner vehicle for me. To be fair they are under construction and in complete chaos. In the past they have been great to work with. Car was towed in on the 5th, they did not look at it until the 10th and I didn't get it back un chaos. In the past they have been great to work with.
