I dropped off my 2016 A6 that I just bought and asked them to do a complete inspection and to do oil change they said they found nothing wrong with the car. I was expecting them to find something. Service personal was professional and helpful. However, I was initially told that it would take 4 hours to service the car. I could have left it overnight if I had been informed of that before I arrived. More

I had to wait 2 months for a recall appointment. Was told it would take around 5 hours at drop off. I never received a call and had to call back the next day to see if it was ready.
