Extending a warning to anyone owning an Audi needing service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Service will be much quicker to drive to the Seattle area and not have to deal with the frustration of poor service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Service will be much quicker to drive to the Seattle area and not have to deal with the frustration of poor communication and the likelihood of a week or more wait for minor work. To add to the extremely poor service, my Q7 was returned to me with damage in multiple areas. Texts, pictures and VM's informing me were contradictory depending on which tech was responding. Their gross negligence, in writing, will be helpful filing a claim. As mentioned in other reviews, the service manager, Randy, is dishonest and arrogant. Do your research before coming here and if you do, take before pictures of your car and give them a copy of noted marks or damage on arrival. More

Had my oil changed. Dropped my car off the night before and used the key drop. My car had an 8am appointment was done in 90 minutes. Audi Spokane was a great place to take my car again. The people were were wonderful to work with. Honestly, I was dreading having to call and schedule my car for an oil change. I have not taken my car there for over a year as the service scheduling and customer service had become horrible in my opinion. (Sorry) having to wait for 3 months for an oil change is flat out ridiculous! When I called on a Friday I asked for the soonest available oil change appointment, and when Kyle said that Wednesday was the soonest I couldn't believe what I had heard! Wednesday came and thank you Kyle and Kyle Weskamp for making it a good experience again! Keep up the good work Audi Spokane!! More

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Service was quick and easy and they provided a shuttle service free of charge. My only issues was with regard to communication. I was having 40k service which included a full point inspection, spark plugs and oil change. When I picked up the vehicle, they added a “battery service”. From my perspective all they had to do was check to make sure my battery was good. In fact, it was replaced last fall and was over $500 which is ridiculous. Anyway, this service trip they added some anti corrosion pads to the battery terminals. When I asked the advisor why the additional $35 charge, he just told me the battery needed those. I reminded him the battery was recently changed and why were they not put on at that time. He told me the anti corrosion pads are not part of the battery replacement service and is an additional charge. Autonation is overpriced and does nickel and dime charges which are hidden in your bill. Always check your service paperwork before paying. He was nice and deleted the charge since it was not explained or authorized. More
