Good service in general on my 2015 Audi Q5. I especially like dealing with 2 service advisors, Jacob and Sebastian—good customer service attitude and are always willing to get me the service I I especially like dealing with 2 service advisors, Jacob and Sebastian—good customer service attitude and are always willing to get me the service I need. For instance, one complaint I’ve had with this dealer is the DEF refill: the diesel conversion warranty states that Audi dealers are supposed to refill at service, up to 120,000 mi. Often they have added 1unit which is 1 gal I think, out of about a 6 gal reservoir. These 2 guys have made sure it gets filled when I ask. More
