My car was fixed with care. I recieved an amazing video via tx that was the mechanic telling me everything he did & what he recommended. DO NOT BUY FROM SPOKANE AUDI ! ! Salesman will promise the world, but when there is a problem after your purchase, you are on your own! Once they get your money, they’re done wit ! My daughter recently bought a used car from Audi of Spokane. When the check engine light came on in less than a week, they sent her to the BMW dealership without even looking at the vehicle! Spokane Audi told her that they did not have the means to check the service light code, even though they sold her an extended warranty. Once at BMW, the gas cap ( that Audi did not put on correctly when they filled up the car when purchased) was found ajar causing the light. BMW also found that the brake fluid should have been replaced by Audi! Total bill $500. Spokane Audi would not make it good or even partiality pay for their bad service! They sent my daughter away with nothing but the $500 bill even though Spokane BMW provided my daughter with the documents to show Spokane Audi! More
