They take excellent care of the cars. Facilities are very clean. I like that they will book you a ride share so you can get to where you need to quickly. I am in month 5 of trying to get an issue resolved with a sensor malfunction in my 2019 Q5. In August, following a transmission failure and repair at Seattle Audi in July. I returned to Spokane and called th sensor malfunction in my 2019 Q5. In August, following a transmission failure and repair at Seattle Audi in July. I returned to Spokane and called the Audi Service Department for several days, only getting to a voicemail, leaving a message, and not getting a return call. I finally had to call the sales department to get to someone in the service department. It took several weeks to get in. When I picked up my car at the first stoplight the issue started again, turned around went back, was told they would research it and, call me within the week. Two weeks later no call and no answer when I called. This pattern repeated until I was able to get the car in for the testing. They had the car for a week and when they reached back out they had not done the things they said they would. I had to schedule a third time for more diagnosis and annual service. They had the car for several more days. At this point to get responses required a drive to the dealership. When I was finally able to connect with the service manager there was not any empathy or understanding of my experience and the lack of communication and resolution. They did the annual service the car when I picked it up the rear wiper blade was missing and a piece of the shroud was hanging down, another trip to get it fixed, and then one more because they installed the wrong size wiper blade. And the original issue is not resolved, waiting to hear about parts and there is not a definitive answer that this $1200 repair will resolve the issue and I have not had any communication for over three weeks. I purchased my car in part because of the support I was told I would get. I have lost confidence in the service department and am at the point of selling my car. I understand the labor shortage, supply chain shortage, I am empathetic to the pressures the staff is under, however, communication and responsiveness can go a long way. At this point and I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated and that my issue is not resolved. More
The staff at the dealership are very friendly and helpful. That said, it took over a month to get a standard oil change appointment. There was a warning sensor that I asked them to be fixed and when i picked up the car, the sensor is still on. Additionally, I had a fender scrape and asked for a bid to have it fixed. They indicated it would be e-mailed over the next day and that was a few days ago. It is a 30-45 min drive to take my vehicle there for service so it's not an easy place to just run it back there. The service managers were polite and friendly. The problem is at the management level. There is no transparency on what is going on. Oh.....now we understand part of the problem....the service area is under construction. As a loyal VW customer maybe we would have been more understanding if management had even given us some hint as to what was going on rather than guess what the problem was. Unfortunately since they failed to inform their customers as to what was going on, they now have lost a loyal VW customer. By the way the computer service interval was not reset during the oil....first time ever. It makes me wonder whether the multipoint check was ever performed...wouldn't you wonder too?? More
