I use to love getting my car serviced here but the service has gone down hill the past few years.(even before COVID) You can never talk to a live person in the service department. An oil change took all day when I was told I would get my car back by noon. Finally around 3:30pm I got frustrated and went there to check on the status because calling is an exercise in frustration. Finally got my car back at 4pm. (9:30am drop off time) I will be looking for someplace else to service my car in the future. Bummed because I have always gone there. To top it off I received an email today that I missed my appointment. This place does not know up from down. More

Work was performed eventually (after waiting 2 months for parts) and the staff is very professional and friendly. But they never return phone calls and rarely even pick up the phone when you call.
