I have bought 3 Audi’s from this dealership. On this service appointment It took me over a week to talk to anyone in service to schedule an appointment. The worker who drove my car to the dealership didn’t notice that. They just didn’t put enough oil in my car. I brought my car in for an oil change. Service department folks are friendly but overwhelmed. Takes weeks to get a service appointment and you must book online because they won't answer thephone. We have been dealing with Spokane Audi for the last four years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should tak years and their customer service has went absolute into the garbage, nobody returns phone calls or emails ,service for an oil change that should take an hour now takes five hours. If I can help it ,I will never purchase an Audi from Spokane Audi again. And we love Audis. More
