Work was performed eventually (after waiting 2 months for parts) and the staff is very professional and friendly. But they never return phone calls and rarely even pick up the phone when you call. The service center is extremely busy and does not return voice messages. I continued to call and eventually got thru to talk with someone to schedule my service appt and then follow up on the issues that we voice messages.
