Terrible costumer service. Audi had my car for over a month and called me maybe 4 times. I left numerous voice mails for the service dept. and never received a return call. It took me over (15) phone calls to finally get my recall work scheduled. I made an appt. for a specific day to get and never received a return call. It took me over (15) phone calls to finally get my recall work scheduled. I made an appt. for a specific day to get the work done and when I dropped off the car I was told that they couldn't do the work the day it was scheduled for and I had to leave the car for (3) days. I was never offered a loaner and when I asked about a loaner, I was told that nothing was available. More

I am extremely frustrated with the challenges I have experienced by simply trying to schedule a follow-up appointment for service work and to address a safety recall notice for my Audi.
