I live 60 miles away from them so I can't just walk down and ask what the deal is. I'm confused on what they even do for a service on an EV. but I'll definitely be going to a different volkswagen dealership to have them actually finish my 20k mile service. my service engine light is still on after their service. and half the stuff on the service report that they claim they checked I can tell they didn't. I took my car in for computer issues with crank and oil sensors in March 2022. It already had new sensors for both. I was told they were both bad.
