Had my oil changed. Dropped my car off the night before and used the key drop. My car had an 8am appointment was done in 90 minutes. I have not taken my car there for over a year as the service scheduling and customer service had become horrible in my opinion. (Sorry) having to wait for 3 months for an oil change is flat out ridiculous! When I called on a Friday I asked for the soonest available oil change appointment, and when Kyle said that Wednesday was the soonest I couldn't believe what I had heard! Wednesday came and thank you Kyle and Kyle Weskamp for making it a good experience again! Keep up the good work Audi Spokane!! More
