When we purchased our Audi Q7 the experience was good and we purchased the Audi care package which promised extras for each service visit, such as detailing. When we scheduled our first service visit for an we purchased the Audi care package which promised extras for each service visit, such as detailing. When we scheduled our first service visit for an oil change we requested the Audi care detailing which was promised upon purchase (for extra cost) and also a key fob which we were told was ordered at the time of purchase of the vehicle. The appointment was made a month in advance. When we dropped off the vehicle the service rep told us the vehicle had to be left overnight for detailing, but we were not told about that upon scheduling, also no loner cars available. So we requested a quick cleaning, but service rep ignored us and upon picking up the vehicle the only thing that had been done was an oil change and “multi point inspection.” And no key fob—so we are supposed to take it back — again. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had requested 3 times to have the car cleaned. It seems there is a huge lack of communication at this dealership. Needless to say we are not happy. Can’t get through to schedule or get an update on how work is going- my call goes to voice mail and though I leave a voice mail requesting a call back the call is not returned. I have to call Volkswagen folks to hand carry phone to a person at Audi to get a response- when I apologized to Volkswagen folks about calling them they said “it happens all the time.” The First Audi rep gave an unrealistic estimate for how long work would take (3 hours scheduled on a Saturday afternoon), fortunately, a second Audi rep called to warn me recall work would take a lot longer than the initial estimate- and advised me to reschedule and allow a whole day for work to get done or my car would be stuck at dealership Sunday and Monday. When I dropped the car off to be worked on the rep told me 3 hours again- it took 8 hours. No loner cars were available. I dread going to Audi Spokane- which is sad because it used to be a really good dealership. More
