Up until our encounter with David I had little to no faith in the service dept. at Autonation Audi, this was because of multiple previous experiences that were less than enjoyable. Extending a warning to anyone owning an Audi needing service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. To add to the extremely poor service, my Q7 was returned to me with damage in multiple areas. Texts, pictures and VM's informing me were contradictory depending on which tech was responding. Their gross negligence, in writing, will be helpful filing a claim. As mentioned in other reviews, the service manager, Randy, is dishonest and arrogant. Do your research before coming here and if you do, take before pictures of your car and give them a copy of noted marks or damage on arrival. More

(Sorry) having to wait for 3 months for an oil change is flat out ridiculous! When I called on a Friday I asked for the soonest available oil change appointment, and when Kyle said that Wednesday was the soonest I couldn't believe what I had heard! Wednesday came and thank you Kyle and Kyle Weskamp for making it a good experience again! Keep up the good work Audi Spokane!! More
