I had the best experience with this dealership. They really make you feel like you’re getting special treatment but it’s how they are with everyone. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I say everyone because in the month and a half my car was in, I dealt with 3 different people. I brought it in for a check engine light and the epc I say everyone because in the month and a half my car was in, I dealt with 3 different people. I brought it in for a check engine light and the epc light. I was informed there was a recall that needed to be done. I agreed to have them do it. After a few weeks of asking for updates all I got back was information on the recall. They had forgotten why I had brought it in and when I brought it up they seemed uninterested in anything other than the recall. When I spoke with a second service writer he informed me that he had no notes of the EPC light or any check engine light codes. So we started over. I was then given a quote of 14 hours to do my motor mounts which had been leaking. 2 full days to do that job? I finally put my foot down and asked that they button up their recall work so I could pick it up and take it to another shop. Nobody contacted me to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up the car now had a new misfire. Which was not there when I brought it in. When it rains in pours. Needless to say, the communication was really awful. I shouldn't have to call every few days asking for ANY information on the car. The fellas in the service shop are friendly. Thats not enough for me to ever take my car back there. More

We went in for a code that my GTI was displaying. They initially told me 2 hours to diagnose and it ended up being 6 hours. Then they ordered parts and didn't call me when they came in. I finally They initially told me 2 hours to diagnose and it ended up being 6 hours. Then they ordered parts and didn't call me when they came in. I finally called them and they said "oh yeah" the parts are in. When we went in for the scheduled service (we had to drive 2 cars an hour because they said that they didn't have any warranty loaners. We got there at 10:00 and dropped off the car and were told it would be done by afternoon. At 2:00 pm, I called them and the service tech hadn't started working because he had just finished up another car and that I couldn't pick it up until the following day. I called the next morning before driving back into town and was told that the car had been disassembled and that VW had sent them the wrong parts. They told me it would be overnighted but the repairman didn't work on Saturday so the work wouldn't be completed until Monday. Monday morning one service rider told me that they couldn't find the parts and another called and said that the technician was busy working on my car. We picked up my car on Tuesday and they didn't do the complementary wash like I had asked and my husbands sunglasses and our phone charging cords were on the floor on the passenger side. Needless to say, I will never take my car here again. More

I have dealt with multiple other dealerships in the area and have never been let down as much as this place. My fiancé and I have called every day for two weeks regarding our warranty information afterwards and have never been let down as much as this place. Not only did you promise to call me the same day, you promised we’d have an answer within a day. It has been TWO weeks with NO response whatsoever. What in the absolute xxxx is going on there? If you can’t do the work that is under WARRANTY, then say that and send me to someone who can. I am tired of being promised so much by your service writers and then ignored. The only way I have gotten anywhere is to show up in person and demand a fix. Randy is your only saving grace. He had the xxxxx to shake my hand and get me an answer on a previous question within minutes. Why in the xxxx has it taken two weeks to get back? More
