My overall experience with the dealership was great it was my first time buying a car on my own, they were very patient with me an were there to explain each step of the process for me to understand. My s was my first time buying a car on my own, they were very patient with me an were there to explain each step of the process for me to understand. My salesman was 10/10 he did everything in his power to tanner, made sure i got the best deal, the best possible interest he even stayed an extra 30 minutes to teach me how to drive stick on my new car as i had never drove a stick shift before, only thing that stops me from a 5/5 is in the inspection they left my air intake barley hanging on. so much so it’s not even attached right now. other than that though great dealer ship great sales man would definitely recommend tanner to anyone looking to get a new car. AutoNation Audi Volkswagen has made my life a LIVING xxxx.. A NIGHTMARE that I hope no other human being has to experience. I worked with a salesman named Travis, & over the course of 2 days I had sever xxxx.. A NIGHTMARE that I hope no other human being has to experience. I worked with a salesman named Travis, & over the course of 2 days I had several conversations in detail about personal reasons for buying a vehicle. I explained to him I am a mom of 5 kids, 4 living, my oldest son burned to death a few years ago. The devastation and trauma caused my health to decline forcing me to go on disability and live on a fixed income. I also explained to Travis I would be paying cash I saved specifically for this car because I can't budget in another monthly payment. The car would be used running me to doctors, pharmacies, and kids activities the most bang for an affordable buck. My reason for my transparency with Travis was not a plea for sympathy but to truly stress the importance of a good fair deal and reliable car.. I felt he heard me and listened. Travis told me working at the car lot was like being on Survivor and that was not his background, and let me know his background was in law enforcement (Obviously to portray him as honest) I bought a 2013 hyundai sonata on Nov 13 2023 paid cash, the only warranty I was offered was $6,000 so was not a possibility.. outrageous.... The vehicle ran for 6 days and on the evening of the 6th day my daughter and I were planning to shop for Thanksgiving dinner and my car wouldn't start. No crank No start.. NOTHING.. I texted Travis the next day and explained what happened. He texted back saying he had to talk to management. I waited all day for update and finally Travis texted not a call but text saying his Mgr said nothing they can do it was 1 day past their 6 day/250 mile guarantee and since I didn't buy the $6000 warranty it was too bad. I had the car 6 days. He did say if I paid to have it towed to their service shop they would look at it and let me know what's wrong and fix all at my expense! I had the car 6 days running. The car has not ran since right before Thanksgiving. I have never written a review in my life, I felt so compelled to do this and if anything finds a potential customer and directs them elsewhere before they unknowingly deal with AutoNation and their team of crooks. Drove from Seattle to Spokane to trade in my car to buy a used car, sight unseen. Description was accurate, price was fair, Kristen made this transaction super simple. This is how it should work! used car, sight unseen. Description was accurate, price was fair, Kristen made this transaction super simple. This is how it should work! More
