I rarely leave negative reviews, but after bringing my Audi Q7 in three separate times for the same issue, I feel compelled to speak up. Not only did this waste my time, but it also eroded any trust I had in this service department. Communication was vague, updates were minimal, and I never felt like anyone took real ownership of the issue. I expect better from a professional Audi shop—especially when it should have been done right the first time. What’s worse, I had to rearrange my schedule each time, and the lack of clear communication made the whole process even more frustrating. I expected a professional diagnosis and lasting repair—not a guessing game. The car now has $4700 in Audi repairs, and I still don't have the confidence to take another road trip in it. I was told multiple times that the car was test driven and come to find out it was only driven 2 miles. After the 1st repair I had to cancel my work trip due to engine light again. After 2nd repair took another trip out of town and engine light again with in 20 miles of town. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. I’ve lost time, money, and confidence in this shop’s ability to diagnose and repair even basic issues. Disappointing part is we have 2 Audi's in our family. On a better note, our Audi Q5 has been taken care with video updates and very good turnaround times. AutoNation Audi Repairs should be looked into after having to deal with all this. I am sure I not the only person this has happened too. More
