Audi Spokane has an amazing service team, particularly Jacob, the service consultant I was lucky enough to have worked with. He was pleasant to deal with and couldn’t have represented Audi in a better light! More
As another reviewer stated: “the GM had a mess to clean up”, i fully agree to that statement. Coming from a larger dealer that has overtaken the #1 spot in volume for the West, i have been spoiled over the up”, i fully agree to that statement. Coming from a larger dealer that has overtaken the #1 spot in volume for the West, i have been spoiled over the 19 years of ownership, 12 purchases/leases that spanned from 2004-2020 from that dealer that i called a friend. That experience preceded my October 2022 arrival to Auto Nation, Audi Spokane, which in the first few experiences failed me but lived up to what i already expected about Auto Nation: “i am just a number and they do not care about me.” Yesterday's service (January 2025) was a different experience. Now, no red carpet was rolled out but i can say i expected little and was prepared for an adversarial attitude from their greeting like before. No. I was greeted with a warm welcome and confirmation of my arrival time and committed appt. I was also asked if there are outstanding concerns not addressed in the requested 60k mile service. A quote for the service was offered, an exchange of paperwork, and an estimated time for completion was set before providing options for the services whether waiting in lobby or directed to nearby establishment for breakfast. The vehicle was washed, charged throughout the service session and then returned to the drive up bay for the level 3 charge to top off the battery awaiting for my acceptance and departure. Overall, huge improvements have been made since my last visit a year ago {for this vehicle} yet a long way to go from the established relationship set forth by Audi Henderson, where their customer is treated like the British Royal Family.
