Soon after purchasing my 2021, Audi Q3, I started to have computer problems with the MMI. Audi service department, but the car in many times to do different updates and to try many things. If they killed one problem, they created another and this went on for a long period of time.. finally they told me that I needed a new data module and that it was back ordered from Germany. I waited 10 months for this part to arrive.. after installing the new part, it would seem that the car is in perfect operating condition. It did seem to solve the issues, and I am very happy to have my car in good condition after almost 2 years of nonstop problems.. More

My recent visit to this dealership was a very good experience from beginning to end. From check in to check out everyone was on the same page and that made things very seemless. Richie wasn't my scheduled service advisor but since I was early for my appointment and he was free, I asked if he could help and he was happy to assist. He was very thorough, professional and courteous, and kept me apprised of everything involving my car throughout the day.
