Audi South stepped in and did the hard work to figure out an issue that hadn't been heard of before. Major xxxxxxto their staff. Very polite in every department, and their mechanics problem solving skills are top notch. I will be a lifelong customer of theirs. Shout out to Kory my service advisor. More

I took my Audi TT in for yearly maintenance and to have a sensor replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the driver’s side carpet was wet, and I could hear water sloshing around ins sensor replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the driver’s side carpet was wet, and I could hear water sloshing around inside the body car when I pulled out of the service area. I immediately brought the car back to the service area and explained the situation. I also explained that this had happened once before due to a clogged drain, and that Audi had covered all repairs as they viewed it as a design/maintenance flaw. At that point I was given a loaner and told that they would address the issue. Two weeks later they finally texted to let me know that I was correct, it was a plugged drain, and the repairs would be $5k+. They also informed me that the $10k I paid to extend the manufacturer’s warranty to 10 years would not cover the damage due to it being a non-mechanical failure. This was even though Audi had already covered this during the previous incident. At this point I decided having a car prone to flooding in Florida was a bad idea, and decided my best option was to trade it back to them for something else. In working with them on a trade in value, I discovered that the damage was more extensive than first reported, and that the interior of the car was effectively destroyed due to mold and mildew. Because of this, they were going to be getting rid of the car immediately would not budge on a trade-in value. When I pointed out that the damage reached this severity because they left the car closed, with the windows up, filled with water and baking in the Florida heat, the service manager looked at me, shrugged and stated that he’s “known water to be both harmful and helpful”. This is when I realized I was wasting my time talking to this man and went back to the sales team. Ultimately the dealership made me eat the entire repair bill as part of my trade-in on a used car. A used car that is now scheduled for service due to the Bluetooth system going out before I even made it home. More
The service at this dealership has been pretty great. It does take a longer than anticipated time for a loaner vehicle so be sure to reserve well in advance. The dealership has however fixed everythin It does take a longer than anticipated time for a loaner vehicle so be sure to reserve well in advance. The dealership has however fixed everything I have thrown at them. As well as going the extra step to address other issues that were beyond the warranty point. I was pleasantly surprised when they went to bat for me with the issue I’ll definitely be taking both my Audis to them. Purchases from this dealership were very smooth as well. I would return to Audi SouthOrlando for another car. More
