Danielle was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Not only did she provide excellent service the day OF my service, she followed up with phone calls to the "Tire and Wheel Protecti me with my issue. Continue to take my Audi A8 L to the dealership for repair even though it’s a 2009. While they do a good job and are accommodating to my schedule I find that it very costly and want to make repairs tha repair even though it’s a 2009. While they do a good job and are accommodating to my schedule I find that it very costly and want to make repairs that are not currently needed. For example they stated that I needed New brakes and I got a 2nd opinion to confirm. The other mechanic said I was okay for a while and the brake warning lights will or should come on when needed. They have not come on yet. probably not an isolated incident with this dealership these days because repairs/service is a big part of their revenue. That said the staff and in particular Manny is very thorough and helpful. I ask for him when making the appointment because he is helpful as are most of the service folks. More
My experience wasn’t welcoming at all, when i brought my car everyone was nice so i figured I’ll get the same treatment when getting my car serviced. Boy was i wrong but i don’t come where i do don’t feel w car everyone was nice so i figured I’ll get the same treatment when getting my car serviced.
