My experience after the sale has been awful. I’ve sent emails to accounting about my tag being registered incorrectly to a malfunction with my new Q8 locking me out. I would rate 0. The IVR also sucks because you can’t get anyone to answer the phone so leave a message. I’ve sent numerous emails to the GM Prakash without a response. Purchase a BMW where they know how to treat people. More
Seem to sit awhile waiting for someone to come over to you, you get sent in from dropping your car and told to sit in waiting room and then your left there waiting and waiting. Danielle was awesome! She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Not only did she provide excellent service the day OF my service, she followed up with phone calls to the "Tire and Wheel Protecti me with my issue. Not only did she provide excellent service the day OF my service, she followed up with phone calls to the "Tire and Wheel Protection" service people, AND then to me.
