I bring my car in response to a Service Due light and am told I still have 9700 miles before my next service. They still charged me $120 to turn off the notification. I went in for an oil change and 30K service and came out with new tires and brakes, so there was some surprise on my part. My experience after the sale has been awful. I’ve sent emails to accounting about my tag being registered incorrectly to a malfunction with my new Q8 locking me out. Seem to sit awhile waiting for someone to come over to you, you get sent in from dropping your car and told to sit in waiting room and then your left there waiting and waiting.
