My service advisor, who normally does an outstanding job, really dropped the ball on this one. This was a repeat breakdown so this time there was an issue diagnosing what was causing the breakdown. I was never offered a courtesy vehicle, and only recieved one (7/13/22) after repeatedly requesting one after incurring over $400 in uber / taxi fees...not a favorable experience at all ... More
