Audi South Orlando sets the standard for service for any dealership - bar none. While I'm a devoted fan of the Audi brand, I've never had a dealership experience where I actually looked forward to bringing dealership - bar none. While I'm a devoted fan of the Audi brand, I've never had a dealership experience where I actually looked forward to bringing my car in. It's not because the white glove service takes care of everything from the moment I step out of my vehicle, or the assortment of refreshments and comfortable waiting area they provide. Bottom line: it's the people. They make me feel good about taking care of my vehicle and being proactive about maintenance. This is part of Audi's core promise to customers, but it's exemplified and delivered by the dealership's friendly and knowledgeable staff. Despite recent supply chain challenges, Derek and his team consistently make me feel like my concerns are heard and that Audi is working to keep my happy.
