Overall the customer service experience with the service department was very good to excellent, Richie (my advisor) was very good guiding me through the process of cost estimate, communication with insuran department was very good to excellent, Richie (my advisor) was very good guiding me through the process of cost estimate, communication with insurance, providing the necessary information for the claim, etc. My only complain is with the repair, in the process of replacing the windshield a little visor clip got broken, the dashboard was scratched (approx. 3 to 4 inches long but thin scratch) and a stain in a small area of the dashboard to (may be glue or similar), enough to be noticed thought. The dealer was very professional pointing out the broken clip and offered to replace it at no cost; they did not have it available right away and had to be ordered. The scratch and the stain I noticed once I parked the car at home, I mentioned the issue to Richie and have an appointment schedule for 9/30 to hopefully get the issue resolved, will update my review after then. More

Even though I work from home a few days a week, it’s a nuisance not having your vehicle. -main reason I service my car here is because all your technicians are experts on Audi’s however, the price I pay is astronomical…! And inflation doesn’t help. More
