I dropped off my spare tire my Friday morning appointment time. My Service Attendant was not around and another attendant helped me. He did not say when the tire would be ready. I did not get any update until Monday morning to say the work was complete. I expected that I would get an email telling me when I could anticipate the work to be completed.
