Disappointing I went in to purchase a new vehicle and everything went well until they ran my credit score ( 655 to 681) they don't know how to manage any customers I went in to purchase a new vehicle and everything went well until they ran my credit score ( 655 to 681) they don't know how to manage any customers that have less than 720 on the credit score so don't waste your time and go there if you have credit score less than 720. Why are you in busy. AUDI in Orlando. So I did call Audi in Sanford, Natalia was great and very pleased Great customer service and sales skills. If you are looking for an Audi go directly to Sanford, don't waste your time in Orlando. More

I was in and out of the dealership in two hours, I screwed up not checking not make sure all features I assumed would be standard was included but I will know next time to ask. More
