Tracy Smith kept in touch with my wife and I constantly in search for the vehicle match that we wanted. We purchased the exact Q7 that we wanted and we love it. Out of town used car buyer Thursday, October 20th, I did a car search using USAA's car buying service for a RS5. A vehicle, matching my search criteria showed up, but was 450 m Thursday, October 20th, I did a car search using USAA's car buying service for a RS5. A vehicle, matching my search criteria showed up, but was 450 miles away. I requested more information on the car and was quickly contacted by their internet car sales manager. Getting some specifics together, Friday the 21st, I submitted an application for the vehicle as well as a trade-in appraisal form. Both of these done via email and the internet. Some phone calls back and forth, and some negotiating, I settled at the final offer sheet for both the financing as well as the trade in, early evening on the 21st. knowing that it is about a 6 hour drive from my home, I relayed to the salesperson, that I would leave first thing in the morning and planned on being there between 2-3pm(1 hour time zone difference as well as a 6 hour drive). I received an email back from her confirming our appointment and I told her I would keep her updated with my progress on the drive. About half way there, I took a screen shot of my navigation and sent it to the salesperson to keep her informed of my progress, she acknowledged and sent me a picture of the vehicles VIN via the MMi, for insurance purposes. I thought to myself, I can't wait to drive that thing! She had asked me if I wanted to expedite the paperwork by signing some forms, however, being 6 hours away, not seeing(in person) or driving the car, I declined, but said I would like to get as much done as we could to help the process along. Believing that driving 6 hours was a commitment enough, I saw no reason why I should have to worry about anything. Literally, 15 minutes prior to my arrival at the Audi dealership, I received a phone call from another salesperson, stating, "I know you're driving from out of town, I don't know how far away you are, but you might as well turn around, because we have someone else signing paperwork on the vehicle right now". I replied, I didn't just drive 6 hours to turn around, I'll see you in 15 minutes. I arrived at the dealership, and shortly after I walked in, (5 minutes or so), the salesperson met me, I asked what was happening, and she asked me to sit down and that she just heard about what was happening and that she was going to find out. I walked outside in complete shock and anger. I cooled myself off, then proceeded back inside, where I was met by the sales manager. He apologized for what happened and offered to fill up my tank, and send me on my way. I refused his offer, and asked to speak to the GM. About 15 minutes later, I was greeted by the GM, and we walked into his office. He of course apologized and asked what he could do to make it right. I said, that you could make it right by getting me the car that I was approved for and I will be on my way. He, of course, could not and would not do that. During our conversation, he had mentioned that he has no control over who sees the vehicles he has for sale, thanks to the internet, and that he likes to sell to local customers. Discriminate much? I stated, that his dealership is the one who put it on the internet, so he has no one to blame but himself. I've given them 30 days to right a wrong, but have received ZERO communication from them. A great experience for out-of-towners We purchased a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner from Audi South Orlando and had a VERY positive sales experience. We were greeted promptly by sales agent Randy Rodriguez Crespo. He was courteous and professional, and was able to answer all of our questions. He made us feel at ease and followed up later to make sure we were still enjoying the car ( which we very much are!). Randy explained that Audi South Orlando refuses to re-sell an automobile with known re-call or safety issues. The 4Runner we purchased was sold "as is", but we did have the assurance that Audi South had inspected the vehicle's fluids, tires, brakes, pads and calipers. Before we purchased we were shown the repairs and replacements parts they had inspected or installed. In our case a brand new set of tires were just installed. The negotians were all above-board and any "sales pressure" were minimal at best. We liked the car and had been looking for this model for a couple months. We had been to other dealers across Florida, and had yet to feel satisfied or happy about any of the vehicles the other dealers had offered us. My wife, in particular was wary after visiting small auto-dealerships with questionable practices and mis-representation. We had REAL piece of mind knowing our vehicle came from a reputable Audi dealership with an in-house parts and service department on the lot. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other shoppers looking for a new or pre-owned automobile. Thanks again, Randy Rodriquez. Your personal manner and honesty made us feel comfortable. Listened to what we wanted and was happy to let us test drive whatever we wanted. Sorting out the deal was not stressful either. We came away 3 hours later with a new Q5 and very happy with everybody we had the pleasure of dealing with - a very pleasant experience - like buying a new car should be. We have dealt with Porsche of Orlando for 10 years and I have to say Audi South Orlando were a breath of fresh air - keep up the good work!! More

Why are you in busy. AUDI in Orlando. So I did call Audi in Sanford, Natalia was great and very pleased Great customer service and sales skills. If you are looking for an Audi go directly to Sanford, don't waste your time in Orlando. More
