I will never do business with Audi South Orlando again! Why I will never do business with Audi South Orlando. Great service department unfortunately one of the Sales managers ruined it for them. If you need service or just want to test drive a car then this is the perfect dealership for you. If you want to buy a car then go some place else. Three strikes: 1. I had my car, which I bought used, at Audi South for service. While there I asked the sales manager if they could help me set up the My Audi app. I told him I bought my car used and not from an Audi dealership and his response was to tell me I had to go back to the dealer where I bought the car. The app told me I had to have it set up at a Audi dealership. What???? Service tried to find someone to help but I needed a specific number that I didn’t have at that time. 2. I get the needed information and called Audi South to try again and once again I’m told that I have to go back to where I bought the car, even after I told them that I didn’t buy it from an Audi dealership. They then tried to tell me service could do it yet service had tried before and told me it was sales. I asked to speak with a manager. 3. After asking to speak to a manager the receptionist puts me on hold. After a moment she comes back to the phone and tells me she is transferring my call. I ask to whom and she says “a manager” I asked their name and she says “James”. James said he will take care of me. I drive to the dealership and James was able to take care of what I needed. It turns out I didn’t need the app,he just set up CarPlay. It also turns out that James is not a manager. I did finally get to speak to the General sales manager and let him know how initially one of his sales managers had refused to help me, not once but twice, and the receptionist lied to me when I asked for a manager. I very specifically had asked to speak to a manager because at that point I wanted a manager to know how I was being treated. I appreciated the help but I don’t appreciate being lied to. I will never knowingly do business with a car dealership that treats customers like this. From now on I will drive the extra 20 miles to go to Audi North for anything I need. Excellent maintenance experience We recently purchased a used Audi from another dealership and took it into Audi South Orlando for service. They were very professional and friendly. Our service advisor, Manny Camacho, did a great job of checking us in and when we returned for the vehicle, explaining what was done to the car and getting us on our way quickly and efficiently. More
Sold me a 2009 Audi R8 with a blown transmission Purchased a 2009 Audi R8. Had it shipped to me in California. Immediately after the car was unloaded from the truck, I knew the R-Tronic transmission Purchased a 2009 Audi R8. Had it shipped to me in California. Immediately after the car was unloaded from the truck, I knew the R-Tronic transmission was gone. Had it inspected and confirmed at an Audi Dealership. Talked to the general manager of Audi South Orlando Sunil Prakash and Robert Gross who made me get a second opinion from another Audi dealership. Took the car to a second Audi dealership (Fremont) and paid another $220 for an inspection that confirmed the clutch needed to be replaced at around $15,000. Sunil negotiated the price down to $9800 + tax which Alex over at Audi Fremont agreed to. I get sent a check from Audi South Orlando for $9000. Confused, I ask Robert Gross when the remaining amount would be sent to which I received a vague response that didn't answer the question. Repair is finally completed about a month after the car was first delivered to me. Total ends up being around $10,500 after taxes. Contact Robert and Sunil and was told I agreed to a $9000 reimbursement which was not true. When I continued to pursue the remaining amount Robert and Sunil just ignored my emails. Had to pay about $2000 out of pocket after all was said and done for a car that supposedly passed Audi's inspection process. I hope someone over at Audi South Orlando is able to find this review and make things right. More
No follow through once they have your business I was contacted by Audi South Orlando to turn my lease in early in order to get a new car. I was hesitant because I wanted to make sure my first car w I was contacted by Audi South Orlando to turn my lease in early in order to get a new car. I was hesitant because I wanted to make sure my first car would be removed and I would not have to make any other payments. As I made payments on my new car, the phone system advised me that I still owed payments on the car I had already turned in. I contacted the dealership each month and was assured everything was taken care of on their end and that I needed to contact Audi Financial to get “their” issue figured out. (I still don’t understand why I needed to deal with this as it is an internal issue between the dealership and Audi Financial, but I did). Audi Financial had no record of me turning in my car and advised me that they had reported my missed payments to the credit bureau. I could not believe that after all of the emails and communication, nothing had been done. I reached out to the GM of Audi South Orlando, Sunil Prakash, hoping he could assist me with this issue and turn my experience around. Unfortunately after a few emails and no follow up to fix the situation, I still have no resolution. My situation “fell off his radar” and he assured me he would make it right, but he has not. It has been over 3 months and I have yet to have this issue resolved. I highly suggest bringing your business to another dealership because there is no accountability to take care of their customers once they have your business. More

Sold vehicle with missing parts I purchased a used car from this dealership about 3-4 weeks ago. On the way home the low tire light came on. The tires looked ok so I didn't worry about it and also because I was going to upgrade the tires and wheels. I took the car in for the upgraded tires and rims today and was informed the low tire light was on because all 4 TPMS sensors were missing from the vehicle. This is a 2016 with 34K miles so it shouldn't be missing parts. Again, the sensors were not bad, they were missing. Called the dealership and the refused to cover the cost to replace even though they sold me a vehicle without standard parts that should be included and working properly. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend them. More

They don't want to do anything for you to help you make an informed decision to purchase. It's a painful experience. They sent me 20+ email and not one them provided the details I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in. I was not in their immediate area and I plainly disclosed that when I contacted them. If they had experience selling to out of area clients they didn't demonstrate it. They gave me their price many times, in many emails. Did they talk about how many dents, scratches and any damage the vehilcle had? No. The vehilcle has 10K miles. I doubt it is flawless. Did they properly list all the details of the options this vehicle had for me? No. I am sure I will get their spam email for the next several years now. More
