I recently purchased a 2018 CPO Audi A6 from Audi South Orlando. I have owned Porsche and a few Mercedes Benz. This is the first time I owned an Audi. I report it within a day and they refused to replace it. I never heard from the Sales Manager even I told my salesperson that I was extremely unhappy. I’m very satisfied with my salesperson, Antony who was very professional from initial communication to deal closure. Unfortunately, I won't be back to this dealership to purchase other cars for my family. More

I purchased a used car here in July along with an extended warranty from Red Shield. I've had extended warranty's for my cars and this one is the worst.
