Roman was a pleasure to work with and responsive. He had me come get a loaner car because mine was going to take over a week to fix. He went above and beyond for me. me come get a loaner car because mine was going to take over a week to fix. He went above and beyond for me. More
Found an used car here for a long trip to a funeral. Made an appointment to test-drive the car. Showed up promptly and waited 1.5 hours to test-drive b/c the car was at a different location. Test-dro Made an appointment to test-drive the car. Showed up promptly and waited 1.5 hours to test-drive b/c the car was at a different location. Test-drove the car, agreed to buy and paperwork got started. Was informed that there was only one key. Asked several times to check and the salesman made a show of checking but no luck. Then he voluntarily misinformed me that the key is about $100 at the local locksmith. Turned out it's almost $500 at the car's dealer and only from there. Asked several times about the car inspection and was told that the car was inspected for safety (fluids and brakes, etc.) and it should be good. On the day of departure (a few days later), loaded the car up, rearing to go and the car didn't start: the battery was completely dead. Jumped-started it and took the car to its manufacturer dealer to replace the battery. Ended up delaying the arrival time by more than 7 hours (arrived at 1:30Am the next day). Can't speak for new cars here but used cars: stay away (misinformation, inadequate inspections, lack of expertise and empathy, etc.) More
