Out of town purchase went well. My experience after the sale has been awful. I’ve sent emails to accounting about my tag being registered incorrectly to a malfunction with my new Q8 locking me out. I would rate 0. The IVR also sucks because you can’t get anyone to answer the phone so leave a message. I’ve sent numerous emails to the GM Prakash without a response.
