I bring my car in response to a Service Due light and am told I still have 9700 miles before my next service. They still charged me $120 to turn off the notification. Out of town purchase went well. Appointment process was easy, scheduled one just to at least go check out a CPO vehicle and wound up driving it away, Trade-in was a little lower than initially estimated on easy, scheduled one just to at least go check out a CPO vehicle and wound up driving it away, Trade-in was a little lower than initially estimated online, but it all worked out. My experience after the sale has been awful. I’ve sent emails to accounting about my tag being registered incorrectly to a malfunction with my new Q8 locking me out. I would rate 0. The IVR also sucks because you can’t get anyone to answer the phone so leave a message. I’ve sent numerous emails to the GM Prakash without a response.
