Even though my experience was affected by a Covid outbreak in the dealership, they were amazing to work with and even beat the tire deal I was able to find. My rating is not based on my service advisor. She was professional, friendly and attentive. The service area - waiting area is less desirable and uninviting. Audi needs to shop their market competitors a professional, friendly and attentive. The service area - waiting area is less desirable and uninviting. Audi needs to shop their market competitors and take notes - especially the Lexus dealer up the street. If Audi’s intention is to not want customers to wait on their vehicles then they succeeded. Invest in making your customers feel comfortable. More

This dealers ship Lied - test drove car - agreed on price and was told had to wait 1 to 2 days for vehicle to be inspected - was informed via email as they would not talk to me on the phone that vehicle sold and was told had to wait 1 to 2 days for vehicle to be inspected - was informed via email as they would not talk to me on the phone that vehicle sold to another person that same day - tried talking to general manage and did not return phone call - can only image the trustworthiness of there service department also.
