Excellent experience. The sales person that I worked with was very helpful throughout the process and did an excellent job of explaining the gadgetry of the car on delivery. I will also say that the car was far cleaner and much better prepared than almost all of the cars that I have purchased which was refreshing and appreciated. Had an appointment for a dent that my policy covered and when I pulled up to the service area they said I didn't have an appointment. I even received an email confirming my appointment from Chris B. earlie when I pulled up to the service area they said I didn't have an appointment.
