This man exemplifies the absolute highest level customer service excellence, automotive expertise, and every finite detail of current available financing options, how best to maximize the benefit of financing my service, including navigating the online application, extending the term of repayment to reduce the monthly payment, calling the finance company directly to as an advocate for me, and need for a slightly reduced down payment so I could add an additional long overdue spark plug replacement to my oil change. My financial situation was close, but not strong enough to get done what I needed so Alexander worked up a revised itemization of charges, available discount coupons offered by Audi, plus an additional significant discount on my added service, presented to management, as my advocate Again, and got it approved, which lowered the total cost of services, and effectively making it possible for me to cover the total due amount and drive off with with my 2018 S5 running perfect again with full power restored, reliable, and ready pull down some WINS for Audi and Integrated Engineering Performance Tunes! After my move back to SoCal from the east coast back in 2020 I needed to have my Q5 serviced so I drove to the nearest Audi Dealership (Audi South Coast). When I arrived no one came to greet me, I walked i 2020 I needed to have my Q5 serviced so I drove to the nearest Audi Dealership (Audi South Coast). When I arrived no one came to greet me, I walked into the service advisor area, not one person acknowledged my presence, said someone would be right with you, etc. I stood there for at least 5 minutes with not even a nod, so feeling as my business was unwanted I walked out ready to find the next Audi dealership when luckily “Jerry” walked around the corner and said with a big smile “Hi are you being helped”, I said no and told him I was just leaving and what had just occurred, he apologized and said let me take care of you and that has turned into me taking my car back to Jerry for “all” my service needs. He always goes out of his way to ensure I’m provided with excellent service and that my vehicle is well maintained. I would like to acknowledge that Audi South Coast Service Department has definitely stepped up their game, from the lot attendants, mechanics, service manager, etc.. I will continue having my vehicle serviced at So Coast as long as Jerry is my advisor. Thank you Delwyn Trent More
